analyzing the recruitment needs in terms of business goals at portfolio companies,
partnering with the management board to identify and plan current and future personnel needs as well as recruitment budget,
cooperating with high-level managers to develop a recruitment strategy, which builds upon the employer brand,
determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages, and social networks,
create and craft sourcing strategies using various methods (including networking),
host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person,
create and review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language,
advise recruiters and hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods,
consulting and sharing best recruitment practices with the managers including onboarding process, employee performance, team management,
providing in-house end-to-end recruitment activities and professional advisory services to all internal hiring managers,
work flexibly and collaboratively with other colleagues proactively identifying areas for improvement.
experience of HR best practices in candidate attraction, values-based recruitment, recruitment processes, talent pooling, onboarding, recruitment performance,
recruitment experience in startup hiring on all seniority levels,
excellent communication skills and attention to details,
self-motivation, working at pace and multi-tasker with no supervision,
comfort at questioning and promoting new and different approaches,
ease at networking and building relationships, internally and externally, and championing the employer brand,
ability to maintain a confidential and professional attitude to all parties,
identifying trends and issues through recruitment activities,
demonstrate accountability for own actions and works collaboratively with others to ensure an effective recruitment experience is delivered,
