MVP team - Minimum Viable Prototypers

We are building an interdisciplinary team responsible for prototyping new technologically advanced digital products. The MVP team will be an accelerator in implementing ideas arising in Red Sky and the Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder group. We are looking for specialists who enjoy working with bold, new ideas.


Product Marketing Lead

As a Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for successfully creating and delivering marketing activities for early-stage digital tech products rising in the MVP team. In a fast-paced environment, you’ll display agility to maintain high-quality standards while managing growing startups' rapid change and marketing requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects. Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain strong and consistent brands of the Red Sky portfolio.

Main responsibilities

  • creating and implementing a 'Go-To-Market' strategy,
  • planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive the launch,
  • researching and keeping up to date with trends and new marketing opportunities, market changes, and competitor activities,
  • coordinating marketing projects from start to finish,
  • building marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns,
  • preparing social media marketing campaigns and strategies to align with the business objectives,
  • creating and monitoring an advertisement on various platforms keeping the business vision aligned,
  • identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share,
  • driving the use of database management for marketing automation, customer profiling, and automated benchmarking,
  • preparing, executing, and optimizing marketing activities with emphasis on growth marketing activities to increase brand recognition,
  • creating and optimizing marketing funnels and implementing marketing automation solutions,
  • analyzing customer feedback and campaign performance,
  • having ownership of the marketing area in co-creating of digital product prototypes and MVPs.

It's a match if you have...

  • work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within startups,
  • experience in co-creation of digital product prototypes and cross-team cooperation,
  • demonstrated success and portfolio of examples,
  • experience owning end-to-end execution of campaigns: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, and measuring campaigns,
  • ability to create a brand promotion strategy in digital marketing that achieves the company's business objectives,
  • ability to conduct analysis of trends, market changes, and competition,
  • very good knowledge of English (C1), allowing you to create short text forms,
  • experience running successful marketing campaigns,
  • solid knowledge of analytical concepts and tools (f.e Google Adwords),
  • analytical skills, including estimating and allocating budgets, targeting and segmentation, evaluating the effectiveness of each channel, and forecasting campaign effectiveness,
  • leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals,
  • creative mind and passion for digital technologies and startups,
  • tremendous energy and drive for success,
  • experience in creating landing pages,
  • UX background.
