TeTa.Work is a Tech Talents Work Agency, which gathers together STEM recruitment specialists. We validate skills, identify re/up/x-skilling needs, verify candidates on both hard and soft skills levels and deliver outstanding employer and candidate experience. We focus on reaching employees from the STEM industry (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), but also we are building the SaaS tools for recruiters and candidates, which aim is to shorten, automate and smooth the recruitment process from every perspective.

Skill Manager

As a Skill Manager, you will be responsible for the development of our tool to verify the skillsets of candidates or employees. What's more, you will closely cooperate and build relationships with partners such as educational centers and schools. Working closely with the CEO and management board you will have a significant impact on the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities

  • creating and supervising the taxonomy of skills used in our solutions,
  • developing and updating the employee's skills base,
  • sharing the best practices while creating tests and researchers,
  • co-creating of tests based on scientific methodologies,
  • creating assessment center to verify specific areas, 
  • cooperating with consultants, schools, and research centers,
  • building the relationship with internal and external partners.

It's a match if you have...

  • at least 5 years experience as a business coach / research and test creator,
  • completed a Master's Degree in Psychology,
  • strong experience in examining skills and their methodologies,
  • interest in business psychology,
  • understanding of all selection methods and techniques,
  • high level of organizational skills,
  • very good knowledge of English (B2/C1) and Polish.
